We require information about your social media account's username or URL link to provide the Service. We do not give away, or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for purposes other than to provide the Service.

We send transactional email relating to your orders and account. We may also send occasional promotional email about our Services. Transactional messages relating to an active order will still be delivered.

We record delivery and engagement events for the email we send, including deliveries, bounces, unsubscribes, spam complaints, and whether a link in a message was clicked. Click tracking may associate a click with the recipient address it was sent to. We use this to measure deliverability and to honor opt-outs, not to build profiles.

Email delivery is handled on our behalf by third-party providers, who process recipient addresses and delivery events solely to deliver our mail.
